Scott Harris fought bravely against male breast cancer for almost 4 years. He was a boater for his entire life having grown up boating with his parents at Oak Orchard Yacht Club.
Scott owned several boats over the course of his life and was a member of Eagle Creek Yacht Club. He was an avid golfer and enthusiastic hunter who never missed an opportunity to spend days at “hunt camp” and wait for the “big buck”.
He is desperately missed by his wife Karen, children Nick, Cory, McKenzi, grandson Tanner and his many friends for whom his presence made life fun and easier to bare.
Phil Lance (“Canada Phil”)
Phil Lance battled colon cancer for about 2 years. He began boating as a youth while fishing with family. He held many boating certifications and was a member of Eagle Creek Yacht Club. His boating adventures took him all around Lakes Erie and Ontario and throughout the province of Ontario.
Phil was skilled at skeet shooting and woodworking and ran a successful security business in Canada.
He is sorely missed by his wife Jill, her children and grandchildren, his Dad, brothers and many friends who still hear his booming laughter.
